Cancellation Policy
I understand life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure I can offer the best services to all of my clients, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policies.
1. Cancelation Notice:
I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
2. Late Cancelations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in 50% charge of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged the 50% for their missed appointment.
3. Refunds:
Payments made for services will not be refunded. However, if a client must cancel and reschedules with at least 48 hours, I will apply the cancelation fee towards your rescheduled appointment.
4. Repeat Offenders:
Clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to show up without proper notice will be asked to prepay for future appointments.
5. Emergency Situations:
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a personal emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, so I can try to best accommodate you.
