Cancellation Policy
Headlines Hair Lab understands life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can offer the best services to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy.
1. Cancelation Notice:
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
2. Late Cancelations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in 50% charge of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged the 50% for their missed appointment.
3. Refunds:
Payments made for services will not be refunded. However, if a client must cancel and reschedules with at least 48 hours, we will apply the cancelation fee towards your rescheduled appointment.
4. Repeat Offenders:
Clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to show up without proper notice will be asked to prepay for future appointments.
5. Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to best accommodate you.
